DATES AND TIMES
Saturday June 4th, 2011, 8 am - 10 pm
Sunday June 5th, 2011, 8 am – 6 pm
Participants must be available for both days. If a player is not available for a certain period during the tournament, he/she must enter this information on the application form. Such players will then only be allowed to participate if their schedule conflicts do not impede the organization of the tournament.
LEVELS The tournament is open to male and female competitors from A, B, C, D, NC levels holding a
valid membership card, registered with their league and the FFBA or their Federation. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to organize certain levels according to the
number of registered participants.
Only participants classified 1 in their category can register on a high level / For doubles matches (womens, mens and mixed), both doubles partners must be ranked 1 in their level to register to a higher level.
SCOREBOARD: Female and Male Singles, Female and Male Doubles, Mixed Doubles, limited to : two events maximum per participant for all series Competition will take place in groups before direct elimination. Participants limited to 290 players.
PRICE : 1 event : 13 € 2 events : 18 €

Registration fees must be paid in cash on the morning of the Tournament
Entrants will be accepted on a first come basis based upon postmark date. Registration by telephone is not permitted and any registration changes must be mailed before May 24th, 2011.
DRAWING: May 25rd, 2011. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded and such players will automatically forfeit
their matches.
NOTIFICA TIONS Mailed to club managers after May 30th, 2011 .
SHUTTLECOCK Feather shuttlecock in accordance with FFBa not included.
PRIZES Awarded to winners and finalists.
REFRESHMENTS A food and beverage stand will be available to players for the duration of the tournament.
PHYSICAL THERAPIST An osteopath from the Toulouse Institute of Osteopathy will be present for the duration of the
tournament.
SATURDAY NIGHT
A typical «PEÑA» party will take place Saturday night at the PEÑA CASEMATE in Bayonne, located in the walled part of the city, near the Lauga gymnasium where the tournament is due to take place.
The peña opens at 9 pm.
10 pm – midnight: drinks and tapas with an Open Bar. From midnight onwards, drinks will be sold at a reduced price.
BEWARE: the evening is limited. 20 euros per person. *Open Bar: unlimited food and drink.
(Remember to reserve and pay when you register. Registration will not be accepted once the tournament has begun)
MERCHANDISE A Bad A Boum stand will be present throughout the tournament.
